Biography: Mr. Reynolds’ experience includes a wide range of industries such as real estate, construction, manufacturing, insurance, public interest/not-for-profit, administrative and local land use. He has appeared before the Connecticut Siting Council, the Office of Health Care Access and the State Department of Public Health on behalf of clients. Mr. Reynolds is a member of the American Bar Association (Litigation and Tort and Insurance Practice Sections and Fidelity and Surety Law Committee), Hartford County and Connecticut Bar Associations. Mr. Reynolds serves as chair of the Canton Municipal Building Committee, and is a member of the Canton Charter Revision Commission, a founder of the Canton Education Foundation and he served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut School of Law from 1995 to 2000. Other community engagement includes serving on the Canton Board of Tax Review and Board of Assessment Appeals (1989-93), the Farmington Valley YMCA, Board of Managers (1995-1998), the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra, Board of Directors (1990-1999) and the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Northern Connecticut, Schools Committee (1985-2002).
