Mr. Zelazny practices all aspects of commercial real estate law, including real estate development, property, site acquisition, assemblage, financing and lending, joint venture and investment structuring, commercial leasing (including office, retail and industrial leasing) and the sale and distribution of commercial properties.  Kyle’s practice also includes representing clients in matters involving construction, land use, environmental and permitting compliance, land and environmental conservation, real estate brokerage including negotiation and enforcement of brokerage and listing agreements, title and title insurance as well as general transactional due diligence.
