Mr. Reynolds litigation experience covers a wide range of legal areas including corporate governance, fiduciary duty, construction, family law, surety and fidelity insurance, trust and estates, public interest/not-for-profit, administrative and local land use.

He has appeared in multiple probate and superior courts, the Appellate and State Supreme Court, as well as U.S. District Court and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals, and before the Connecticut Siting Counsel, the Office of Health Care Access, and the Department of Public Health.  Mr. Reynolds serves as chair of the Canton Permanent Municipal Building Committee and is a member of the National Alliance for Mental Illness Farmington Valley Board of Directors.  He was a member of the Canton Charter Revision Commission, the Canton Plan of Conservation and Development Update Committee, a founder of the Canton Education Foundation, and served as an adjunct faculty member at the University of Connecticut School of Law from 1995 to 2000.  Other community engagement includes past service on the Canton Board of Tax Review and Board of Assessment Appeals, the Farmington Valley YMCA Board of Managers, the Farmington Valley Symphony Orchestra Board of Directors, and the Harvard-Radcliffe Club of Northern Connecticut Schools Committee.
