William practices commercial real estate law, concentrating on real estate development, commercial leasing (including office, retail and industrial leasing), property and site acquisition and assemblage, the sale and disposition of commercial properties, borrower representation, financing and lending, and joint venture and investment structuring. William also advises and represents clients in matters involving construction, real estate brokerage and asset management, title and title insurance, general transactional due diligence, land use, environmental and permitting compliance, and land and environmental conservation.

William is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (member, Real Property Section) and the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut. William has testified in front of the Joint Committee on Judiciary of the Connecticut General Assembly on behalf of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Real Property Section. William has coached lacrosse at various levels, served as captain of UNC’s club lacrosse team and is an active member of the sport’s community. William lives in West Hartford, Connecticut.
