William H. Lewis
William practices commercial real estate law, concentrating on real estate development, property and site acquisition and assemblage, financing and lending, joint venture and investment structuring, commercial leasing (including office, retail and industrial leasing), and the sale and disposition of commercial properties. William’s practice also includes, and he advises and represents clients in matters involving, construction; land use, environmental and permitting compliance; land and environmental conservation (including land and conservation trust representation); real estate brokerage including negotiation and enforcement of brokerage and listing agreements; title and title insurance; and general transactional due diligence.

William is a member of the Connecticut Bar Association (member, Real Property Section), the Real Estate Finance Association of Connecticut, and CREW CT – The Real Estate Exchange. William has testified in front of the Joint Committee on Judiciary of the Connecticut General Assembly on behalf of the Connecticut Bar Association’s Real Property Section. William has coached lacrosse at various levels, served as captain of UNC’s club lacrosse team and is an active member of the sport’s community. He lives in West Hartford, Connecticut.
