MacDermid, Reynolds & Glissman, P.C. was established in 1992 as a boutique commercial real estate and litigation law firm offering experienced and diversified legal counsel and practical solutions to its clients. Drawing upon its attorneys’ large firm and major development backgrounds, our team of seasoned attorneys are well equipped to respond with personal and efficient service, addressing not only the client’s legal needs, but also the demand for cost-effective lawyering and advocacy with an understanding of the client’s business goals. As the firm grew, it expanded its scope of services to include extensive depth in real estate development including land use entitlements and appeals, tax appeals, as well as a significant expansion into cannabis law. 

Our attorneys have vast experience serving clients in all aspects of commercial real estate matters in locations throughout the country. Additionally, with a strong focus on development including land use entitlements, our team of attorneys can assist in every phase of a project from our client’s vision through occupancy and thereafter. Several of our attorneys also have hands on development experience in these areas which adds a practical, business-oriented dimension to our representation.
