MRG Expands Land Use Practice with New Team Members & Office

MRG is pleased to announce that we have expanded our Land Use practice with the addition of veteran attorneys John Knuff, Amy Souchuns, and Sara Sharp. The new team members are based in our new Milford office, located at 42 Cherry Street, Milford, CT which marks our third location in Connecticut and our fourth overall, including our Raleigh, NC office.

This group brings exceptional breadth and depth to our practice. They’ve played key roles in some of the most significant development projects across Connecticut and New England. Their deep relationships with local commissions, boards, and municipalities, along with their balanced approach to client and community interests, make them trusted leaders in their field.

They join Joseph Hammer, who expanded the firm’s land use practice and opened the firm’s New Haven office in 2022, Matthew Rosenthal and Daniel Glissman, whose practices include land use and cannabis law and Jennifer Oxford, whose practice includes land use. Together, this team strengthens our ability to serve clients in every phase of commercial real estate, whether they are forming partnerships, acquiring property, developing new projects, navigating land use entitlements, or managing existing portfolios.
