Jeannie S. Roberts

Jeannie Roberts received her B.A. from the University of Michigan and her J.D. from Suffolk University Law School.  She is admitted to practice in Connecticut but she services clients throughout New England and the U.S.  Her focus is commercial real estate law in all its aspects, including property and site acquisition and assemblage, the sale and disposition of commercial real estate, leasing (office, retail and industrial) as well as land use, environmental compliance and permitting and tax deferred exchanges. She counsels clients on related matters such as landlord/tenant disputes; brokerage agreements; title; title insurance; survey matters; phase I and phase II site assessment review and analysis; and formation of partnerships, limited partnerships, corporations and limited liability companies.   Jeannie was born and raised in West Hartford, Connecticut and currently resides there with her daughter.
