Luke J. Ferrigno

Luke Ferrigno brings a detail-oriented approach to his legal work, shaped by hands-on experience across law firm, investment compliance, and government settings. He has practical experience supporting clients on land use, transactional, and litigation-related matters, with a particular interest in helping clients move complex projects forward with business-minded legal support.

Gaining notable experience during law school, Luke served as a legal intern assisting individuals and businesses with municipal land use analyses and submissions to local agencies. In the transactional realm, he has worked on matters involving purchase and sale agreements, loan documentation, mortgage enforcement actions, business formation, and regulatory compliance. Luke evaluates the details, understands each client’s objectives, and helps turn his research and analysis into practical next steps.

Luke has been recognized for his scholarship, receiving the 2025 CBA Real Property Section Student Sponsorship, the 2025 CALI Excellence Award in Environmental Law, and the 2026 Terry J. Tondro Student Award for Excellence in the Study of Land Use, Historic Preservation, and Urban Redevelopment. He is a graduate of the University of Connecticut School of Law and The George Washington University, magna cum laude, with a degree in Political Science.
