Sara Sharp and Amy Souchuns Featured Speakers at June 25, 2026 Connecticut Bar Association Planning & Zoning Meeting

Sara Sharp and Amy Souchuns will be featured speakers at the June Planning and Zoning Section meeting of the Connecticut Bar Association. Sara, who serves as the section’s legislative liaison, will present a summary of recent legislative activity and lead a discussion regarding outstanding questions for the implementation of statutory changes under Public Act 25-1.  A former chair of the section, Amy joins a panel discussion highlighting recent Superior Court decisions involving notice issues, affordable housing, nonconforming uses, and wetlands jurisdiction.
